Unfortunately the ability to export to Excel as you see in that button is developed specifically for the report, in the new versions of NAV (Role tailored reports) it is available on every report now as an export to excel ability, but in version 5 as you see it is only on some of the reports
If it is not available on one of the reports you need it on you will need to get a NAV developer to modify the report and write that functionality in
Not something you would be able to do yourself
