If you limit scope of customization only on configuration, you can make it on first look pretty easy. But, it will impact on many manufacturing functionalities. All depend from partner experience. If you have inexperienced partner, you can get small price, but many bugs. Number of bugs depends of number of functionalities you use. If you have experienced partner, you will get probably big price. But, I wouldn't give this work to unexperienced partner. I think you can get many problems with this customization.
