I have a question regarding Zetadocs Express Web client.
Our customer is supposed to use the Zetadocs document workflow in SharePoint, and the approval status is being updated in Factboxes in Dynamics NAV.
Does this require, that the approver is a ‘Full user’ or ‘Limited User’ in the Nav license?
Example 1:
A user is working with a Sales Invoice in Dynamics NAV client or through SharePoint web part. Through the factbox, the user can view the document in the factbox linked with Zetadocs to Sharepoint archive. And the user can change the status of the workflow. Can a NAV-'Limited user' do that?
Example 2:
A SharePoint-user is looking at the Document in Sharepoint, and changes the workflow status. Does this user need a nav-license at all?
