Hi, you don't need to use ClickOnce for this. For NAV on Windows Azure, you already use NavUserPassword user authentication. You need to prepare certificates and private key on your VM and client computer. You need to customize ClientUserSettings on VM. On client computer, you need to copy ClientUserSettings and change it file. You need to create shortcut for NAV Windows Client and add this new ClientUserSettings to properties. After that, you can use NAV Windows Client for multitenancy environment.
