I and the company I'm with are NAV newbies. We installed at the first of this year and to be honest our integrator would not be recommended by me.
My company leases and service equipment to the food processing industry and I have Technicians all over the US that service our equipment in the field.
One of the things that I wanted in a ERP system was a way to schedule planned/preventative maintenance on our equipment, have the program generate a Service Order for the tech assigned to that equipment and put it in his queue, and the ability to track when this was done.
We schedule maintenance our PM's time based, Monthly, Quarterly, etc.
Does anyone have any input on how to do this in NAV or a recommendation on thrid party software?
