My client set up a new user. When that user attempts to choose a column to display in RTC, it throws him right out of NAV -- with no error and it doesn't save his change. If I login under a different user, it is fine. If I use Classic with his user, it works fine.
Is this a permission thing? If so, why would it work in classic? It does seem user related so, I'm a little confused here.
