The Account Schedule Names page is accessible by search. If you can't search it, you have permission issue. Don't worry about profile metadata yet ( you can access from Development environment ). When creating new permission using super user, there is a record button on the ribbon. Click the record and go through the Account Schedules process. Once you are done recording, add read permission to related tables. Hopefully you get enough permission to access it.
