This is standaerd functionality. When you use extended texts, all 'Line no.' get value to 'Attached to Line No.' field. This is value the same as line number for main item line. When you add new item in empty lines, system will recalculate lines, because of existing this field. First is line with item, and after that all lines with extended text.
