When doing tax depreciation for DD with half year convention, it works for the first 2 years and the in the 3rd year the depreciation doesn't seem to be right. It should take the acquisition cost minus all depreciation and depreciate the remaining value but it isn't. Is there another setting that needs to be put into place?
