ISSUE
I need to allocate the inventory into 2 customer categories: LARGE and SMALL category.
REASON
If I do not allocate the inventory, the Sales Order for SMALL Customer will likely do not get the inventory.
CURRENT SOLUTION
Separate the inventory into 2 Location Code.
PROS:
The reservation could reserve the right quantity.
CONS:
I need to reclass. the quantity into another location. The transfer Item Ledger Entry could not be reapplied.
IDEA:
Using Bin Code to separate the inventory.
PROS:
Do not need Reclass. I can use reapplication of Item Ledger Entry.
CONS:
The Reservation will suggest the both bin in one Location.
The Pick will suggest the both bin when handling order, when one bin is insufficient.
Please, if anyone have a better solution with this, will be appreciated.
