Welcome Microsoft Dynamics One Floral Group Who Purchased Vantage Point EDI for Dynamics NAV!
In 2010, Lakeshore Inc. and Seacliff Farms joined forces to become One Floral Group and now stands as one of the largest providers of tailored floral solutions to retail customers in North America.
One Floral Group found that its arrangement of EDI technology and Microsoft Dynamics NAV was not one that they could see through to delivery. Once the company got in to the implementation of its previous EDI technology, they clearly saw that getting the solution integrated with Dynamics NAV was going to be a different story than what they heard during the EDI evaluation and buying process. The EDI solution required One Floral to customize over 100 objects within their Dynamics NAV environment, and that was an investment and long-term risk that One Floral was not willing to take.
As a result of the enormously challenging implementation, One Floral cancelled their agreement with the previous Dynamics NAV EDI provider, and with the help of their Microsoft reselling partner, Epimatic, One Floral selected Data Masons’ Vantage Point EDI solution for Microsoft Dynamics NAV. One Floral embraced Data Masons’ innovative integration approach that eliminates the need for any customizations to the NAV ERP to accommodate EDI, all while providing fully-automated integration with the ERP. Not only did this give One Floral confidence in its decision to change course, but they also knew that they had a reliable, flexible solution that could support the company’s continued expansion as well as their evolving technology investments.
