Nope, I didn't do that. But hey a good news! It worked now after I uninstall everything and reinstall with port 8181 instead of standard 8080 I guess it's because I have many previous version of NAV that's why it's cached. Anyway, I plan to setup a tablet version using my phone to connect to localhost database on my PC, do I have to perform the certification binding?

Hi, if a service done is not charged to the customer due to warranty of the service item, whether the posting option needs to be selected as ship and consume?

Awesome! Localhost will only work for your PC. If you desire to use it in your tablet too i.e. making it internet facing then you need to buy the certificate and follow my blog steps referred above.

Forum Post: Starting NAV 2016 changes Windows keyboard language
Hello there, Before I start NAV 2016 (according to the system tray) the keyboard language is set to NLD. But when I start NAV 2016 this is changed to ENG. Any idea what causes this? Before: After: Within NAV 2016 the language is set to Dutch:

Forum Post: RE: Can you change the shortcut keys in Dynamics NAV 2015?
If you don't have the $28,000 license (as the others assume) to tweak your own software, I'd suggest trying some free hotkey tools available on the net. I've had much success with AutoHotkey which would allow you to swap F7 and F9 just for Nav very easily.

Forum Post: RE: Avoid Unrealised profit & Loss entry thru Transfer Order
If we will back calculate the Transfer Price on the basis of Application(before posting) then we can minimize the Unrealised profit & Loss G/L Entries upto some extent. In thise case, I think that the Unrealised profit & Loss G/L Entries will carry very negligible Amount.

Forum Post: RE: Starting NAV 2016 changes Windows keyboard language
The language in NAV is not related to system language. You can choose the langauge you want accordingly to the language packs you have installers on your database. To change the language: Choose the app menu, and then choose Select Language to open the Select Language window. In the Language field, select the language that you want Microsoft Dynamics NAV to use.

Hi Stefano, Thanks for your reply. However, it's not the NAV 2016 language that is the issue, it's the fact that NAV 2016 changes my Windows keyboard language from NLD to ENG, with result the result that every Dutch text I type in (for instance in Skype for Business) is marked as beeing incorrect / wrongly spelled..

Forum Post: Where to find XMLport properties window in MS NAV Development environment?
Hi everyone, I know this is a very noob question but I just can't find it anywhere. Properties icon gets me to XMLport properties on new XMLport but when designing an existing XMLport the same icon gets me to element properties instead. Many thanks for any hint, Vojta

Hi Javed, You can change the property of the function to make it Non-Local and use it. Copying the function will definitely not work due to the depency on other functions as well. Regards, Mukesh Verma

I found a workaround to get there. If I click to new empty line from XMLport designer properties icon gets me to XMLport properties window.
